NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of the Town of Pendleton, Madison County, Indiana that the proper fiscal body will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year at the location of 100 West State Street Pendleton, Indiana at 6:00 o'clock p.m. on the 13th day of December, 2016. Park Fund Park/Grounds Workers $ 5,000.00 Park Pool & Concession Wages $21,166.00 Park Pool Supplies $ 9,100.00 Park Pool Water and Sewer $ 9,500.00 Total for Park Fund $44,766.00 Source of Funds Unappropriated Revenue Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF). The DLGF will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
