Meridian Street in the City of Lebanon, IN. on the application for Docket #16-35, Development Plan application submitted by Duke Construction Limited Partnership representing KFI Indy, LLC. For an Improvement Location Permit Application as specified in the Zoning Code of Lebanon: Ordinance #74-12, as amended. The applicant is seeking Development Plan approval to construct a food production facility on property in the Lebanon Business Park. The applicant requests Development Plan approval for the allowance of a new Food Production Facility for Ken's Foods. The allowance of a Food and Beverage Production Facility is a permitted by right use in the current zoning district of the subject property which is Planned Business Industrial (PBI).
