NOTICE TO BIDDERS City of Rushville Owner: City of Rushville, Mayor Mike Pavey, Chuck Jenkins, Fire Chief, Rushville Fire Department Project/Work: Removal of Unsafe Structure(s) in Rushville Notice is hereby given that the City of Rushville will receive bids for the above mentioned project. Sealed bids are invited and may be delivered or forwarded by registered mail, addressed to the City of Rushville, Clerk Treasurer's Office, 133 West 1st Street, Rushville, IN 46173 until 11:00 a.m. (local time) on December 16, 2016. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 11:10 a.m at the Rushville Council Chambers, 270 West 15th Street, Rushville, IN 46173. Bids received after such hour will be returned unopened. A Bid Bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each Bid. A one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond will also be required of the successful Bidder.
