CAUSE NO.: 10C01-1607-MF-159 NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE Pursuant to a certified copy of a Judgment to me directed from the Clerk of the Clark Circuit Court No. 1 in Case No. 10C01-1607-MF-159, requiring me to provide the sums pursuant to said judgment, with interest and costs, I will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on the 5th day of January, 2017, at the hour of Ten o'clock a.m. (local time), in the city county building at 501 East Court Avenue, Jeffersonville, Clark County, Indiana, the following real estate located at the commonly known address of 251/253 Spring Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47130, Indiana, which real estate is more particularly described as follows, to-wit: PART OF LOT NO. ONE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN (118) IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, BOUNDED THUS: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE WEST SIDE OF SPRING STREET ON THE EAST SIDE OF SAID LOT, SOUTHWARDLY 46.5 FEET FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT, AND BEING THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF A PORTION OF SAID LOT FORMERLY OWNED BY ROBERT GRESHAM; THENCE WITH SAID WEST LINE OF SPRING STREET AND EAST LINE OF SAID LOT, SOUTHWARDLY 25 FEET; THENCE AT RIGHT ANGLES WESTWARDLY 71 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT; THENCE NORTHWARDLY WITH SAID WEST LINE 25 FEET; THENCE AT RIGHT ANGLES EASTWARDLY 71 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING. Subject to all easements and restrictions of record affecting said real estate, together with the rents, issues, income, and profits thereof. The sale will be made for cash, without relief from valuation or appraisement laws, and without any right of redemption from the sale.
