SALE #_____ TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Floyd County, Indiana, in Cause No. 22D03-1601-MF-000131, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee, for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2004-4 was Plaintiff, and Daniel White, et. al., were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 5th day of January, 2017 at the hour of 10:00 am of said day at the Floyd County Sheriff's Department the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Floyd County, Indiana: BEING TWO TRACTS OF LAND SITUATED IN FLOYD COUNTY, INDIANA, FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: TRACT I: BEING THE EASTERN ^ OF LOT NUMBER 92 ON SYCAMORE STREET (NOW CULBERTSON AVENUE), IN PLAT NUMBER 13, OF THE FLOYD COUNTY, INDIANA, RECORDS IN THE FLOYD COUNTY RECORDERS OFFICE.
