NOTICE TO BIDDERS OF TEMPORARY SCHOOL CASH FLOW LOAN Notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees of the Washington Community School Inc., Daviess County, Indiana, pursuant to board approval at a meeting of said board on the 16th day of November, 2016, will receive sealed bids until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on the 16th day of December, 2016 at the Office of the Superintendent of School, 301 East South Street, Washington, Indiana, for a temporary cash flow loan as follows: Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000). Bids will be opened at this time. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked Bids for Temporary Loan, and each bid shall be accompanied by an affidavit of the bidder showing that no collusion exists between himself and any other bidder for such loan. Bids are to state fixed interest rates and said loan shall be made with the bidder or bidders offering to lend the money at the lowest fixed rate of interest. The full amount of said note or notes consummated plus interest shall be due and payable on or before December 31, 2017.
