NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Cass County, Cass County Indiana, that the proper legal officers of the Cass County Council at their regular meeting place at Cass County Government Building at 9:00 A.M. on Friday December 9, 2016 will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year. In Home Detention Fund 2512 Supplies 10,000.00 Contractual Services 30,000.00 Total 40,000.00 Total Request 40,000.00 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have the right to be heard. The additional appropriation as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance.
