NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Clark County Solid Waste Management District, Clark County, Indiana, that the proper officers of Clark County Council will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year at their regular meeting place at 501 East Court Avenue, Council Room 418, Jeffersonville, IN at 6:00 p.m. on the 12 day of December, 2016. Fund Name: General Amount Major Budget Classification: Other Services & Charges $20,000 Capital Outlays $270,000 Total for General Fund $290,000 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (Department). The Department will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
