NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED RATES AND CHARGES Property owners and other interested parties in, served by or to be served by the Waterworks of the City of Greensburg, Indiana, are hereby notified that Ordinance No. 2016-29 establishing rates and charges for services to be rendered by the Waterworks was introduced at a meeting of the Greensburg Common Council held on November 7, 2016. At a meeting of the Greensburg Common Council to be held at 7:00 p.m. on December 5, 2016 in the Greensburg City Hall, there will be a public hearing on the matter of rates and charges, and consideration of adoption of said Ordinance No. 2016-29 which provides in part as follows: Section 1.
