NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of the City of Kokomo, Howard County, Indiana that the Common Council of the City of Kokomo at their regular meeting place at Kokomo City Hall, 100 South Union, Kokomo Indiana, at 6:00 PM on November 28, 2016 will consider the following additional appropriations for the current budget year.
