NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CASS COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Notice is hereby given that the Cass County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing starting at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, November 28, 2016, in the County Commissioners Hearing Room, 3rd Floor, Cass County Government Building, 200 Court Park, Logansport, Indiana. During this hearing, the Board will consider the petition of Robert & Claudia McFarland requesting a Variance from Develop-mental Standard to allow an addition to the single family residence to be located closer to the side yard setback than allowed by Ordinance. The property is located at 10927 S. 650 E., Galveston, Indiana and is zoned AG, Agricultural.
