NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY The Madison County Drainage Board, Madison County, Indiana, 16 E Ninth Street, Anderson, Indiana, 46016 is submitting a NOTICE OF INTENT to the Indiana Department Of Environmental Management, of their Intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the Reconstruction and Maintenance of Stanford Baughan and Tributaries Regulated Drain System, located in Green and Stoney Creek Townships, Madison County, Indiana. Runoff from the project site will discharge into Mud Creek and the ultimate receiving waters of Fall Creek and White River.
