WASTEWATER ONE, LLC DBA RIVERS EDGE UTILITY WHEREAS, Wastewater One, LLC DBA Rivers Edge Utility, located at 4513 Stoneview Drive, Charlestown, Indiana formed in 2003. It is a rural wastewater and drinking water utility that serves a small customer base in Charlestown, Clark County, Indiana adjacent to the Ohio River. NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Wastewater One, LLC DBA Rivers Edge Utility is hereby authorized to apply to the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for an increase in the District's rates to cover the cost of said drinking water operations and maintenance.
