NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given to the Taxpayers of Charlestown Township Township, Clark County, Indiana, that the Township Board of Charlestown Township Township will meet at the Trustee's Office at 322 Main Cross Street at 5:30:00 PM on Monday, November 14, 2016, and will consider the following Additional Appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year. Amount Requested Fund Name: Rainy Day 10000 Personal Services 20000 Supplies 30000 Services and Charges 3,000.00 40000 Capital Outlay Total for Rainy Day Fund = $3,000.00 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have the right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance. The Department will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
