NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF EMERGENCY APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Hendricks County, Indiana, that the County Council of said County, at their regular meeting place of the Hendricks County Government Center, at 2:00 pm on Thursday, 8th day of November 2016, will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year. ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS 1001 General Fund: Personal Services $ 19,000 Other Services & Charges $ 7,667 1159 Health Fund: Personal Services $ 3,000 Other Services & Charges $ 1,600 4806 Park Board Innkeepers Share Other Services and Charges $291,068 8151 Court Improvement Grant Fund: Other Services & Charges $ 18,250 9117 Drug Prosecution Grant Fund: Supplies $ 10,000 TOTAL ADDITIONALS REQUESTED $350,585 Taxpayers appearing at such hearing shall have the right to be heard thereon. The additional appropriations, as finally made, will automatically be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance which Board will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriation made, within fifteen days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
