Surber NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE DLC#: X272-56 By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Madison County, Indiana, in Cause No. 48C01-1511-MF-000450, wherein Branch Banking and Trust Company was Plaintiff, and Heather J. Surber a/k/a Heather Joann Boze a/k/a Heather Joann McKinney, Michael Eugene Surber, The United States through its Internal Revenue Service, Med-1 Solution Inc. and The State of Indiana through its Department of Revenue, were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18th day of Nov., 2016, at 10:00 AM of said day, at the 16 East 9th Street, Anderson, IN 46016, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Madison County, Indiana: Lot numbered 3 in Evergreen Valley Addition, a Subdivision in the City of Anderson, as recorded in Plat Book 9, page 85, records of Madison County, Indiana, and also known as 5211 Picea Blvd, Anderson, IN 46013. Being the same property conveyed to Michael E. Surber and Heather J. Surber, husband and wife by deed dated 7/11/2007 and recorded 7/24/2007 as Instrument No. 2007-013991. . 48-11-27-400-122.000-003 and commonly known as: 5211 Picea Blvd, Anderson, IN 46011. Subject to all easements and restrictions of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause #48C01-1511-MF-000450 in the Circuit Court of the County of Madison Indiana, and subject to all real estate taxes, and assessments currently due, delinquent or which are to become a lien. Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid.
