NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE TOWN OF BROWNSBURG ADVISORY PLAN COMMISSION Notice is hereby given, pursuant to I.C. 5-3-1-2, that the Town of Brownsburg Advisory Plan Commission (the Plan Commission) will conduct a public hearing regarding an application for Case No. PSDP-09-16-1448, a Development Plan to be known as the 2016 Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion, situated on 34.31 acres of real estate. The application was filed by Todd Wallace, PE-Town Engineer (the Applicant) for the purpose(s) of: expanding the existing wastewater treatment facility.
