NOTICE OF FALL CREEK REGIONAL WASTE DISTRICT PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 2016-3 AN ORDINANCE MODIFYING MONTHLY USER RATES TO BE COLLECTED BY FALL CREEK REGIONAL WASTE DISTRICT At its March 17, 2016 meeting, the Board of Directors of Fall Creek Regional Waste District introduced proposed Ordinance No. 2016-3, which would amend the District's monthly rates for sewage bills. The Board will hold a public hearing at the District's office, 9378 South County Road 650 West, Pendleton, Indiana 46064, on April 21, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. in order to receive public input on the proposed Ordinance. If adopted, the typical residential monthly bill (assuming 4,800 gallons) would increase by $1.16. For further information regarding the proposed Ordinance, including to obtain a complete copy of the Ordinance, please contact the Fall Creek Regional Waste District office at 765-778 7544, Box 59, 9378 South County Road 650 West, Pendleton, Indiana 46064.
