NOTICE OF CIVIL ACTION CASE NUMBER: 04-CV-2016-900066 IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF AUTAUGA COUNTY, ALABAMA, CECIL E. FERRELL, JR. v. KENNETH R. FREED, ET. AL. KENNETH R. FREED, whose whereabouts are unknown, is being sued civilly by Cecil E. Ferrell, Jr. for claims including, but not limited to Negligence, Wantonness, and Negligence Per Se, arising out of motor vehicle collision that occurred on October 6, 2015 in Autauga County, Alabama. The complaint alleges compensatory damages, punitive damages and other relief against Defendant Freed, both individually and his capacity as an employee of Mart's Trucking, LLC. This publication shall be circulated on a weekly basis for four (4) successive weeks in accordance with Rule 4.3 of the Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure. Defendant Freed is required by Alabama law to answer this complaint within thirty (30) days of the last publication of this notice.
