Notice of Public Hearing The Town of Ingalls Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 7th 2016, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Ingalls Town Meeting Hall, located at 247 N. Meridian St., Ingalls, IN. At that hearing, public will be invited to offer comments on the following petition: The petition subject is: A PUD-Detailed Plan submitted by the Jordan 7 LLC Group. The subject site is located on vacant land at west side of State Road 13 & south side of CR800. The petition and file may be examined in the Ingalls town offices. All notified parties may appear before the board (but are not required to do so) and/or file written comments with the commission. Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, any individual interested in attending the hearing on the above described petition should contact the Ingalls town offices before 4 p.m. on November 7th, 2016.
