NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE DLC#:Y410-35 By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Clark County, Indiana, in Cause No. 10C02-1605-MF-000112, wherein CIT Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs at Law of Ruth A. Hollowell, Deceased, was a Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 17th day of November, 2016, at 10:00 A.M. of said day, at the City-County Bldg., 501 East Court Avenue, Jeffersonville, IN 47130, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Clark County, Indiana: Part of Lots 7 and 8 in Block 8 of the Eastern Enlargement of the City of Jeffersonville, bounded thus: Beginning at the North corner of Lot 8 at the intersection of Eighth and Graham Streets; thence along the line of Graham Street southeastwardly 50 feet to a stake, the True Place of Beginning; thence continuing southeastwardly, along the line of Graham Street, 50 feet to a stake; thence at right angles parallel to Eighth Street, 100 feet to a stake; thence at right angles southwestwardly and parallel with Graham Street 50 feet to a stake; thence at right angles northeastwardly 100 feet to the True Place of Beginning. Subject, however, to the perpetual easement of nine (9) feet in width for sewer purposes across the front of said real estate, as described in deed of Walter E. Prentice and wife, to Ruth M. Willcox, dated October 27, 1950, and recorded in Deed Record 169, page 278, Recorder's Office, Clark County, Indiana. 10-20-00-200-234.000-010 (20-00013-026-0) and commonly known as: 713 Graham St, Jeffersonville, IN 47130. Subject to all easements and restrictions of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause # 10C02-1605-MF-000112 in the Circuit Court of the County of Clark Indiana, and subject to all real estate taxes, and assessments currently due, delinquent or which are to become a lien. Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid.
