Scott NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Madison Circuit Court 6 of Madison County, Indiana, in Cause No. 48C06-1409-MF-000368 wherein JPMC Specialty Mortgage LLC f/k/a WM Specialty Mortgage LLC was Plaintiff, and Connie S. Scott, Autovest LLC, American Acceptance Co LLC, Elite Recovery Services Inc. and City of Anderson were Defendants, required me to make the sum of $69,978.13 as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18th day of Nov., 2016, at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Commissioner's Room 108-110, 16 East Ninth Street, Anderson, IN 46016, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Madison County, Indiana. Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot Numbered Thirty-seven (37) in White River Bluffs, an Addition to the City of Anderson, Indiana, the plat of which is recorded in Plat Book 7, page 68, in the Office of the Recorder of Madison County, Indiana and running thence Easterly 103.9 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot Numbered Thirty-six (36) in said Addition, thence South 85 feet along the East line of said Lot, thence Westerly 104.6 feet to a point on the West line of said Lot Numbered Thirty-seven (37), said point being 70 feet North of the Southwest corner of said Lot, thence North 80 feet to the place of beginning. Being parts of Lots Numbered Thirty-six (36) and Thirty-seven (37) in White River Bluffs Addition. More commonly known as 1040 Alhambra Dr, Anderson, IN 46012-4223 Parcel No. 48-12-18-101-041.000-003 Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
