NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Rush County Schools, Rush County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year at their regular meeting place at 330 W. 8th St., Rushville, IN, at 7 o'clock pm, on the 1st day of November, 2016. Fund Name: General Amount Major Budget Classification: Other Services & Charges $1,500,000.00 TOTAL for General Fund: $1,500,000.00 Fund Name: Capital Projects Major Budget Classification: Other Services & Charges $1,500,000.00 TOTAL for Capital Projects Fund: $1,500,000.00 Fund Name: Transportation Major Budget Classification: Other Services & Charges $300,000.00 TOTAL for Transportation Fund $300,000.00 Fund Name: Bus Replacement Major Budget Classification: Other Services & Charges $25,000 TOTAL for Bus Replacement Fund $25,000 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (Department). The Department will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
