NOTICE OF INTENT TO PR^QUALIFY SUBCONTRACTORS/ CONTRACTORS/SUPPLIERS FOR RUSH COUNTY INDIANA SHERIFF'S OFFICE AND JAIL The Board of Commissioners of Rush County Indiana will require certain contractors, subcontractors and/or suppliers to be prequalified in order to submit bids either as subcontractors, suppliers or contractors for the new Rush County Sheriffs Office and Jail. The firms that will be required to submit prequalification questionnaires will be Electronic Security System, Modular Steel Cell, and Detention Equipment contractors. These questionnaires are available from the office of Construction Control, Inc. at 9602 Coldwater Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana, or by calling and requesting an appropriate questionnaire at (260) 489^1400. Any portion of a questionnaire not filled out or not requesting a questionnaire will automatically disqualify a firm from participating. The Owner, Construction Control (construction manager), and DLZ (architect) will review all submittals.
