PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the City of Anderson, Indiana, Department of Community Development will conduct two public hearings to allow comments from the general public concerning the 2017 Annual Action Plan. The First Public Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, October 11, 5:30 p.m. at the Geater Center, 1611 Chase Street in Anderson, IN. The Second Public Hearing, is scheduled for 10:30 a.m., October 14, at the Anderson Public Library, in the Delaware Room on the 3rd floor, located at 111 East 12th Street, Anderson, IN. Interested parties are invited to attend meetings and submit comments concerning the use of said funds. Comments may be submitted to the Community Development Department 120 E. 8th St., Room 103, Anderson, IN 46018 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in person or writing. Send all email comments to ktownsend@cityofanderson.com. Submit all comments no later than Monday, October 28, 2016. One hundred percent (100%) of funds used are provided and available under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Partnerships agreement between the City of Anderson, Madison County, Indiana and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
