NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO TAXPAYERS OF GREEN TOWNSHIP, MADISON COUNTY The taxpayers of Green Township, Madison County are notified that on Tuesday, October 18, 2016, at 6:30 pm, the Township Trustee and Trustee Advisory Board of Green Township will meet at the Green Township Satellite Office located at 301 North Alfonte Street, Ingalls, Indiana 46048 to discuss incurring an emergency fire and emergency services loan in an amount not to exceed $200,000, in pursuant to IC 36-6-6-14 & 14.5. Taxpayers have the right to be heard. A determination of whether or not to borrow and the maximum amount of the loan may be made at this hearing. Affected taxpayers shall have the right to file objection petitions with the Madison County Auditor within 30 days of publication of the Notice of Determination.
