Wood NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Boone Circuit Court of Boone County, Indiana, in Cause No. 06C01-1602-MF-0097 wherein First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Shawn Wood and Cheryl Wood were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 3rd day of Nov., 2016, at the hour of 10 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 1905 Indianapolis Ave, Lebanon, IN 46052, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Boone County, Indiana. A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 19 North, Range 1 West, Washington Township, Boone County, Indiana, more fully described by: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 9; thence North 89 degrees 21 minutes 43 seconds East, along the quarter section line, a distance of 327.76 feet; thence South 40 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds East, along the Southwesterly right of way line of U.S. Number 52, being the Northeasterly described line of the Davis property, as recorded in Deed Record 203, page 90, a distance of 200.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing South 40 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds East, along the Southeasterly right of way line of U.S. Number 52, being along that part of the Northeasterly described line of the Coffman Endicott property, as recorded in Deed Record 217, pages 819 and 820, a distance of 134.63 feet; thence North 75 degrees 01 minutes 59 seconds East, along that part of the Southeasterly described line of said Davis property, a distance of 403.83 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 1.4682 acres, more or less.
