Notice of Public Hearing The Advisory Plan Commission of the City of Charlestown, Indiana will hold a public hearing on October 10th, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. at the City Council Chambers at 304 Main Cross, Charlestown, Indiana. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive comment on a proposed Zoning Ordinance for the City of Charlestown, prepared pursuant to I.C. ^36-7-4-600 et seq. Those in attendance at the public hearing will be provided an opportunity to comment on the proposed Zoning Ordinance. The public hearing may be continued from time to time as may be necessary. A copy of the proposed Zoning Ordinance will be available for inspection at the office of the Clerk/Treasurer of Charlestown at 304 Main Cross, Charlestown, Indiana 47111, during regular office hours until the public hearing is held.
