The applicant, City of Rushville, is requesting a Seven (7) lot Subdivision of 5.00 acres each from parent tracts of 20 acres and 15.774 acres from the property located at 2628 W. US Highway 52, Rushville, IN Section 35, T14N, R9E, in Rushville Township, parcel 70-06-35-100-008.001-010 and parcel 70-06-35-100-004.000-010, zoned Commercial. The public hearing will be held in the Assembly Room of The Rush County Courthouse Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at 6:00PM and is open to the public.
