NOTICE OF EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PLAINFIELD REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND THE PLAINFIELD REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (FIRE STATION 121 PROJECT) Pursuant to action previously taken by the Town Council of the Town of Plainfield, the Lease Agreement between the Plainfield Redevelopment Commission and the Plainfield Redevelopment Authority was executed and entered into on September 1, 2016 (the Lease). The Plainfield Town Council approved the Lease by resolution adopted on September 12, 2016. The Lease covers certain projects related to the acquisition, construction and installation of any or all or any portion of the following: a new Fire Station 121 and all improvements to the real estate relating thereto, which are located along Edwards Drive, which may consist of up to three levels with approximately 21,400 square feet, and containing living quarters, office space, equipment bay training space and associated support space all related to provision of fire protection and emergency services within the Plainfield Fire Territory, as more particularly described in the Lease. A copy of the Lease is on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town of Plainfield, Town Hall, Plainfield, Indiana, and is available for inspection during normal business hours.
