PUBLIC NOTICE The Jeffersonville Plan Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, September 27, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers on the first floor of the Jeffersonville City Hall located at 500 Quartermaster Court, Jeffersonville, Indiana, to consider the following requests: Brandon Denton filed a rezoning application for multiple parcels located at the intersections of Utica Sellersburg Road and New Chapel Road. The properties are zoned R1 (Low Density Residential), R3 (Old City Residential), and IS (Institutional); the proposed zoning for all properties is C2 (Medium to Large Scale General Commercial) . The Docket Number is PC-16-59. Abu Islam filed development plan application requesting waivers from the development standards for property located at 1317 Tenth Street. The proposed development is a gas station with convenience store. The property is zoned C2 (Medium to Large Scale General Commercial). The Docket Number is PC-16-60. Doris Prentice filed a preliminary plat application for property off Charlestown Pike. The proposed development is a new phase to the Buttonwood Subdivision. The property is zoned R1 (Low Density Residential). The Docket Number is PC-16-61. The Jeffersonville Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, September 27, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers on the first floor of the Jeffersonville City Hall located at 500 Quartermaster Court, Jeffersonville, Indiana, to consider the following requests: Abu Islam filed a development plan application requesting variances from the development standards for property located at 1317 10th St. The proposed development is a Convenience store with gas pumps. The property is zoned C2 (Medium to Large Scale General Commercial). The Docket Number is BZA-16-61. Copies of these requests are available for examination prior to the Public Hearing at the offices of the Jeffersonville Plan Commission located at 500 Quartermaster Court, Suite 200, Jeffersonville, Indiana.
