New Albany, IN 47150, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All information provided by the bidder is subject to verification. Terms of Sale: Terms of payment subject to approval of the New Albany Redevelopment Commission. A strong preference shall be given to owner occupied housing.
