LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR REZONING GREENSBURG PLAN COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that Plan Commission of the City of Greensburg, Indiana will hold a meeting on Tuesday, September 20, 2016, 7:15 p.m. or immediately after the conclusion of the City of Greensburg Board of Zoning Appeals meeting, whichever is later, in the Assembly Room at the Greensburg City Hall, 314 West Washington Street, Greensburg, Indiana. The Public Hearing is on the following items: Public Hearing A Public Hearing to consider the rezoning of properties located at 310 and 318 South East Street, Greensburg, Indiana. The property at 310 South East Street is currently zoned R-4 Multi-Family Residential District and the property located at 318 South East Street is currently zoned R-2 One or Two Family Residential District. The Public Hearing is to consider rezoning both properties to R-3 Multiple Family Residential District. The properties are described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Out Lot Number Two (2) in the Original Plat of the Town (now City) of Greensburg; thence North to the South line of McKee Street; thence East to the Northwest corner of Lot Number One (1) in W. D. Daily's Subdivision of part of said Out Lot Two (2); thence South to the South line of said Out Lot; thence West to the place of beginning. Also: Lot Number One (1) in W.O. Daily's Subdivision of Out Lot Two (2) in the Original Plat of the town (now City) of Greensburg. Also: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Out Lot Number Three (3) in the Original Plat of the town (now City) of Greensburg; thence East 272 feet to the East line of Out Lot Number 3; thence South 132 feet to the Southeast comer of Out Lot 3; thence West 82 feet; thence North 82 feet; thence West 190 feet; thence North 50 feet to the place of beginning. The file on this matter is available for public inspection at least 10 days prior to the hearing, during the regular working hours at the Greensburg Plan Commission office in City Hall, 314 West Washington Street, Greensburg, Indiana. The Commission will hold a public hearing on September 20, 2016 during a meeting commencing at 7:15 p.m., or immediately after the conclusion of the City of Greensburg Board of Zoning Appeals meeting, whichever is later. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the case. This notice is being published to notify persons affected by this case by order of the Plan Commission. Written comment regarding the case, which are filed with the secretary of the Plan Commission before the hearing will be considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time. The meeting will be held in the Assembly Room of City Hall, 314 West Washington Street, Greensburg, Indiana. Also: Beginning at the Northeast corner of out Lot Number Sixteen (16) in the Original Plat of the Town (now City) of Greensburg; thence South 160 feet; thence West 40 feet; thence North 160 feet; thence East 40 feet to the place of beginning. Also: Lot Number Ninety-One (91) and Lot Number Ninety-Two (92) in the Original Plat of the Town (now City) of Greensburg, Block 13. ALSO: the North half of Lot Number Ninety-three (93) and the North half of Lot Number Ninety-four (94) in the Original Plat of the Town (now City) of Greensburg, B:ock 13.
