PUBLIC NOTIFICATION PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY AT GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, IN In compliance with 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5), notice is hereby given that construction of the Hydrant Fuel System Project located in Pipe Creek Township, Miami County, Indiana is scheduled to commence on or about March 21, 2016 and construction is planned to be completed by January 2018. The project will be located within the confines of Grissom Air Reserve Base in the POL area, Aircraft Parking Ramp, and the Airfield. Run-off from the project site will discharge to into McDowell Ditch and Pipe Creek.
