NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE DLC#:X272-54 By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Clark County, Indiana, in Cause No. 10C01-1512-MF-000364, wherein Branch Banking and Trust Company was Plaintiff, and Sherri Hendricks a/k/a Sherri Bishop and American General Finance, were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14th day of OCTOBER, 2016, at 10:00A.M. of said day, at the City-County Bldg., 501 East Court Avenue, Jeffersonville, IN 47130, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Clark County, Indiana: A part of Survey Number 129 of the Illinois Grant more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the stone on the common corner of surveys numbers 110, 111, 129, and 130; thence North 36 degrees 04 minutes West with the line dividing surveys numbers 129 and 130, 2,892.0 feet to an iron pin, the true Point of Beginning; Continuing North 36 degrees 04 minutes west 121.15 feet to a R.R. spike in the center of the Old Doughty Road; thence South 27 degrees 04 minutes West, 209.35 feet to a R.R. spike; thence South 62 degrees 56 minutes east, 15.10 feet to a concrete R/W marker; thence North 83 degrees 16 minutes East, 82.15 (feet) to a concrete R/W marker; thence North 39 degrees 56 minutes East, 112.0 feet to the true Point of Beginning. 10-17-12-900-709.000-031 and commonly known as: 440 Old St Joe Rd E, Sellersburg, IN 47172. Subject to all easements and restrictions of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause # 10C01-1512-MF-000364 in the Circuit Court of the County of Clark Indiana, and subject to all real estate taxes, and assessments currently due, delinquent or which are to become a lien. Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid.
