NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE PLAINFIELD PLAN COMMISSION Proposal to Amend the Plainfield Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 21 97, as amended Notice is hereby given that the Plainfield Plan Commission of the Town of Plainfield, Indiana will hold a Public Hearing at the Plainfield Municipal Building at 206 W. Main Street, Plainfield, Indiana, on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. to consider a Proposal to amend the Plainfield Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 21 97, as amended, applicable to all real property located within the corporate limits of the Town of Plainfield, Hendricks County, Indiana. The Proposal is to amend the Plainfield Zoning Ordinance in the following respects (TA-16-002): 1. Amend Article 7 to establish specific regulations for the installation of signs upon the flat roof areas of warehouses in the I-2 and I-3 Zoning Districts. A copy of this Proposal, (TA-16-002) is on file and available for examination prior to the Public Hearing at the Plainfield Municipal Building, Department of Planning and Zoning, 206 W. Main Street, Plainfield, Monday Friday, 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m. except for Holidays. Written comments in support of or in opposition to the Petition may be filed with the Secretary of Plainfield Plan Commission prior to or at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may need to be continued from time to time as may be found necessary. Said Public Hearing will be open to the public and any objectors will be heard at this meeting.
