NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the Goshen Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Goshen, Indiana, on the 22nd day of March, 2016, in the Council Chambers, Police and Courts Building, 111 East Jefferson Street, Goshen, Indiana. The public hearings will begin at 4:00 pm and will proceed in the order listed. DEVELOPMENTAL & USE VARIANCES A. Petitioner: The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Goshen, Inc., and Jones Petrie Rafinski Petition: Use variance to permit the expansion of the existing non-conforming use (Boys & Girls Club) to include property located at 403, 405, 407 and 409 N. 7th Street, and developmental variances to permit parking/driving aisle setbacks of 10 feet along Center Street and 12 feet along N. 7th Street, where 25 feet is required, to permit parking stall depth of 17 feet where 21 feet is required for 60 degree spaces, and to permit a primary building setback of 23 feet along Crescent Street, where 25 feet is required, for a building addition.
