Vanbriggle NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Madison County, on Cause No. 48C03-1506-MF-000264 wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee For Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-R6, was Plaintiff and LARRY W. VANBRIGGLE, TERESA ANN VANBRIGGLE, STAR FINANCIAL BANK, CACH LLC, PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATION LLC, LVNV FUNDING LLC, ASSET ACCEPTANCE LLC, MIDLAND FUNDING LLC, were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the Sept. 23, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 AM at 16 East 9th St., Suite 305, Anderson, IN 46016, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Madison County, Indiana. BEING A PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 7 EAST AND CONTAINING 5.0 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, SUBJECT TO LEGAL RIGHTS OF WAY, BE THE SAME MORE OR LESS, BUT SUBJECT TO ALL LEGAL HIGHWAYS.
