CAUSE NO. 88C01-1608-GU-000048 NOTICE BY PUBLICATION TO: Any and all interested parties of the Guardianship of Tristan Jerome Greenwell Davron M. Brownlee, Petitioner On the 27 day of September, 2016, at 3:00 o'clock p.m., in the Circuit Court of Washington County, Indiana, a hearing will be held to determine whether a guardian should be appointed for the persona and estate of Tristan Jerome Greenwell. A copy of the petition requesting appointment of a guardian is attached to this notice. At the hearing the court will determine whether a guardian should be appointed for Tristan Jerome Greenwell, a minor, under Indiana law. This proceeding may substantially affect the rights of Tristan Jerome Greenwell. If the Court finds that Tristan Jerome Greenwell is a minor, the Court at the hearing shall also consider whether Davron M. Brownlee should be appointed guardian of Tristan Jerome Greenwell. The Court may, in its discretion, appoint some other qualified person as guardian. The Court may also, in its discretion, limit the powers and duties of the guardian. The Court may also determine whether a protective order should be entered on behalf of Tristan Jerome Greenwell. Tristan Jerome Greenwell may attend the hearing and be represented by an attorney. The petition may be heard and determined in her absence. The Court may, where required, appoint a guardian ad litem to represent Tristan Jerome Greenwell. The Court may, on its own motion or on request of any interested person, postpone the hearing to another date and time.
