NOTICE The City of Rushville Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the following petition for Variances from the City of Rushville Zoning Ordinance. BZA 2016-014 & BZA 2016-015: The applicant, Loren Littrell, is seeking a variance for the side yard setback and a development standard variance from the maximum lot coverage. The property is located at 329 N. Hannah Street, Rushville, Indiana; parcel 70-11-06-132-009.000-011; zoned R-1. The public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 270 W. 15th Street, on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at 7:00 PM and is open to the public.
