Oats NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Boone Superior Court I in Cause No. 06D01-1602-MF-0070 wherein The Farmers Bank, Frankfort, Indiana is the Plaintiff, and Kenneth D. Oats and Cynthia L.
