NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE DLC#:15-0617F By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Floyd County, Indiana, in Cause No. 22C01-1509-MF-001199, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee, on Behalf of the Holders of the Accredited Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-2 Asset Backed Notes was Plaintiff, and Brenden L. Schroeder, David Lamb and Donna Lamb, were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25 day of August, 2016, at 10:00 A.M. of said day, at the 1st floor, City-County Bldg., 311 W. 1st Street, New Albany, IN 47150, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Floyd County, Indiana: Mullins Farm Tract #2 1.03 acres, more or less. Being a 1.03 acre parcel of land lying in part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 2 South, Range 5 East, Greenville Township, Floyd County, Indiana, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a fence corner at the Northeast Corner of Lot 1 of Plat 253; thence South 89 deg. 55' 56'' West a distance of 1225.11 feet to a set 5/8'' steel pin and cap; thence South 00 deg. 04' 10'' West a distance of 195.00 feet to a set 5/8'' steel pin and cap, point being the true place of beginning; thence North 89 deg. 55' 56'' East a distance of 160.00 feet to a set 5/8'' steel pin and cap; thence South 00 deg. 04' 10'' West a distance of 152.36 feet to a set 5/8'' steel pin and cap; thence South 04 deg. 09' 45'' West a distance of 140.10 feet to a road nail set in Bradford Road; thence with said road North 88 deg. 02' 03'' West a distance of 150.08 feet to a set road nail; thence leaving said road North 00 deg. 04' 10'' East a distance of 286.76 feet to the place of beginning. 22-03-00-600-069.000-004 and commonly known as: 10204 Bradford Road, Greenville, IN 47124. Subject to all easements and restrictions of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause # 22C01-1509-MF-001199 in the Circuit Court of the County of Floyd Indiana, and subject to all real estate taxes, and assessments currently due, delinquent or which are to become a lien. Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid.
