NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE TOWN OF ZIONSVILLE PLAN COMMISSION Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the Town of Zionsville Plan Commission on Monday, August 15, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. in the Zionsville Town Hall, 1100 West Oak Street, Zionsville, Indiana 46077 to consider the following: Petition Number 2016-39-Z, with BHI Senior Living, Inc., as the Petitioner, requests a Rezoning of 68.6+/- acres from the R-SF-2 zoning classification to the SU-7 district to allow for senior residential housing. The owner of the subject property is BHI Senior Living, Inc., formerly known as Baptist Homes of Indiana, Inc.. Written comments in support of or in opposition to the Petitions for Plan Commission Approval are filed with the Secretary of the Town of Zionsville Plan Commission prior to the Public Hearing will be considered. The Public Hearings are open to the public. Oral comments to the Petition for Board of Zoning Appeal Approval will be heard at the Public Hearing.
