Dummich TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Decatur County, Indiana, in Cause No. 16D01-1604-MF-161 wherein Main-Source Bank was Plaintiff and William Dummich a/k/a William E. Dummich and JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association were defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 13th day of September, 2016, at the hour of 10 AM local time or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Decatur County Sheriff's Department, 315 South Ireland Street, Greensburg, Indiana 47240, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Decatur County, Indiana. A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 8 North, Range 8 East of the Second Principal Meridian situated in Sand Creek Township, Decatur County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the aforesaid Southeast Quarter marked by a found PK nail; thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West (an assumed bearing) along the North line of said Southeast Quarter and along the approximate centerline of County Road 1150 South 1050.33 feet (formerly described a 1050.60 feet) to a found railroad spike, said railroad spike being the point of beginning of this description, from said point of beginning; thence South 17 degrees 09 minutes 32 seconds East 496.97 feet to a found iron pipe; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 231.67 feet to a 5/8" rebar; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 465.29 feet to a PK nail; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East along the North line of the aforesaid Southeast Quarter and along the approximate centerline of County Road 1150 South 88.00 feet to the point of beginning of this description, containing 1.71 acres, more or less. More Commonly known as: 419 West Washington Street, Westport, Indiana 47283 Parcel No. 16-18-01-000-028.010-013 Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
