NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LOGANSPORT BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Notice is hereby given that the Logansport Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing starting at 4:00 P.M. on Monday, August 15, 2016, in the City Council Chambers, third floor, City Building, 601 E. Broadway, Logansport, Indiana. During this hearing, the Board will consider the petition of Federico & Nalleli Torres requesting a Variance from Developmental Standards to allow for a lean-too addition to the Garage that is closer to the side yard setback than allowed by Ordinance. The property is located at 3131 High St., Logansport, IN and is zoned R-2, Low Density Residential.
