Also including a 38 foot wife easement to ingress and egress to be used in common with others described as: From a 1 ^ inch iron pipe marking the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 36; thence measure South 0 degrees 21 minutes 15 seconds West, along the East line of said Quarter Section, 1572.63 feet to the North right of way line of Van Buren Street; thence North 89 degrees 30 minutes West along the said North line, 137.36 feet to an iron stake and the point of beginning of said easement; thence continuing North 89 degrees 30 minutes West along said North line 38.00 feet to an iron stake; thence North 0 degrees 21 minutes 15 seconds East, 1406.74 feet to an iron stake; thence around a 25.00 foot radius curve to the left; the chord of said curve being North 44 degrees 38 minutes 45 seconds West, 31.54 feet to an iron stake; thence North 3 degrees 46 minutes 47 seconds East, 34.85 feet to an iron stake; thence around a 37.00 foot radius curve to the right 89.54 feet, the chord of said curve being South 44 degrees 38 minutes 45 seconds East 80.61 feet to iron stake; thence South 0 degrees 21 minutes 15 seconds West, 1406.84 feet to an iron stake marking the point of beginning. The land includes a 1999 Fairmont Manufactured Home HUD labeled #NTA 792239 and NTA 792240, and 1,144 sq. ft. "which is affixed and attached to the land and is part of the real property."
