NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE BOARD OF WORKS OF THE CITY OF ANDERSON Notice is hereby given by the Board of Works of the City of Anderson that the Board will hold a Public Meeting and Hearing on the 9th day of August, 2016, at 1:30 pm in Room 501 of Anderson City Hall, 120 E. 8th Street, Anderson, Indiana. The purpose of the meeting and hearing shall be consideration by the Board of adoption of a resolution to use Design-Build Contracting for the construction of a public works project consisting of the Fairview Tower Booster pump, and the appointment of Technical Review Committee as authorized under Indiana Law.
