In compliance with 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5), notice is hereby given that Northpointe Engineering & Surveying Inc. (6125 S East Street, Suite B, Indianapolis, Indiana 46227) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the Rainbow Child project located on Lot #2 along Grove Pass in the Maple Grove Commercial Subdivision in Whitestown, Indiana. Runoff from the project site will discharge to the Fishback Creek (Eagle Creek Reservoir) Watershed.
