LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT The regular meeting of the New Albany Board of Zoning Appeals will be held on Tuesday, August 2nd, 2016 at 7:00 p.m., in the Assembly Room (Room 331) City-County Building, New Albany, Indiana, at which time a Public Hearing will be held to consider the following petitions: Docket B-24-16: David Condra requests a Special Exception and a Variance to permit a single-family dwelling that will not meet development standards in the R-1, Suburban Residential district, at 800 Binford Road. Docket B-25-16: Gary Green requests a Variance to permit an accessory structure that will not meet development standards in the R-2, Urban Residential district, at 3311 Mellwood Drive. Docket B-26-16: Terry Conway requests a Special Exception to permit a tattoo studio in the C-2, General Business district, at 218 Vincennes Street. Docket B-27-16: Chalfant Industries, Inc. requests a Variance to permit a dance studio in the I-1b, Light Industrial district, at 610 Mt Tabor Road. Written suggestions and/or objections to said dockets may be filed with the New Albany Board of Zoning Appeals, Room 329, City-County Building, New Albany, Indiana, 47150, on or before the date of said meeting. Interested persons desiring to present oral comments on the proposals shall be given the opportunity at the above-mentioned time and place. Said Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary by the Board.
