NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees of West Clark Community Schools of Clark County, in the State of Indiana, until 10:00 A. M. (Local Time) August 10, 2016 will receive sealed bids at the Office of the Superintendent of Schools, 601 Renz Avenue, Sellersburg, Indiana 47172, and the bids will be opened at 10:00 A.M. on August 10, 2016 on the following items: Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Propane) Unleaded Gasoline and Diesel Fuel All proposals shall be properly and completely executed on proposal forms including a notarized non-collusion affidavit as required under the statutes of Indiana, together with a certified check or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable Surety Company, as required; made payable to the West Clark Community Schools for not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid Price. Detailed specifications are on file in the Superintendent's office at 601 Renz Avenue, Sellersburg, Indiana 47172.
